I. The “Netatmo Satisfaction Guarantee” refers to the purchase of an eligible product in the territories and during the validity period specified in the present terms and conditions.

II. What are the Eligible Products? Energy products  and Outdoor cameras  (the “Eligible Products”), exclusively bought from Participating partners , as detailed hereafter.
1 Energy Products: Netatmo Starter Pack – Smart Radiator Valves, Netatmo Additional Smart Radiator Valve, Netatmo Smart Thermostat, Netatmo Smart Modulating Thermostat (only in The Netherlands) purchased between 15 September 2023 and 31 December 2023 (date of invoice as evidence) in the following countries: Germany, Austria, Switzerland (except Liechtenstein), the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg, Poland, and the Czech Republic.
2 Outdoor cameras: Outdoor Camera with Siren, Outdoor Camera without Siren purchased between 15 September 2023 and 31 December 2023 (date of invoice as evidence) in the following countries: Germany, Austria, Switzerland (except Liechtenstein), the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Poland, and the Czech Republic.
3 Participating partners: listed on the Guarantee Resellers page: Netatmo Support | Customer Satisfaction Guarantee (respondet.com) Purchases from Amazon, Apple and the Netatmo web shop are not eligible for the Satisfaction Guarantee.
III. How to participate in the “satisfied or refunded” program?
To be eligible to this operation, you must be at least 18 years of age and have a bank account in the country in which you are registered and in which the Eligible Product has been bought.
1. Buy and test your Eligible Product
The Eligible Product must have been activated and tested for at least 100 days before it can be returned. Activation is automatically registered when the product is installed.
2. If you are not satisfied of your purchase
You can return your Eligible Product without a need to state the grounds, in the following delays:
• Energy product: within 180 days of the purchase date or before 30 June 2024 at the latest, whichever date is earlier, being reminded that the eligible Product must have been activated for at least 100 days.
• Outdoor cameras: within 180 days of the purchase date or before 30 June 2024 at the latest, whichever date is earlier being reminded that the eligible Product must have been activated for at least 100 days.
You shall inform us of your decision to return the product by Contact form visible on this page.
Any incomplete, illegible or late application will be rejected.
After validation of your request, notified by our agency Respondet, the Product shall be returned by post as per instructions given by Respondet (Switzerland only: Due to local regulation we need to ask Swiss customers to take care of the return process).
Only Eligible Products in perfect state and working condition, with the original invoice, with all the complete part and accessories, and in the original undamaged packaging will be refunded. The invoice should be uploaded and must be clearly legible with the date of purchase, name of the buyer, the product name and the invoice price. In addition, all the original parts must be included without damage and including all of the accessories.
Netatmo does not accept responsibility for the costs of packaging, for the postage or for uninstalling the products.
The price paid for the acquisition of the Product (including tax) will be refunded within 4 weeks at most after the return confirmation and can only be made by bank transfer to the bank account specified.
Partial returns are currently not possible. If you apply for a refund, all equipment bought in a single purchase must be returned together.
You have the right to access, rectify and delete your personal data. You also have the right to object to the processing carried out or to request its limitation. You can exercise your rights by making a request on email@example.com
